RDH-Handflag is a script that ensure that all vehicles in your server will not behave with kurb boosting , brake boosting and other driving exploit's present in GTA V Native handling.
This scripts comes with a CONFIG FILE allowing you to  add 3 types of behaviour's

1. Config.MuscleCars | Do you want the car give a wheelie?
2. Config.ElectricCars | Is your car electric ?
3. Config.HydraulicCars | Does your car have hydraulic suspension or air suspension?

Add your addon vehicles in the config file If you  require This 3 special's behaviour's , other wise you  don't need to do anything and the car will work just fine
